“Bad Experience”

Bought drain kit for Americh tub. Before we could get the tub installed, we had a complete sewer line collapse and replacement. So after 5 months, had a plumber to come install the drain. Too bad for me. The kit had mis-sized parts and was unusable. Was told "I should have inspected and noticed the issue when I received the kit." Now, I am out $160 for the kit and shipping to return it. Plus, some snotty attitude about how they could not resell it. Resell it to some other poor customer who would be out a plumber visit with a faulty kit.

Stay away!

“I had the same issue with a bathroom faucet and unfortunately after 3 months asked for a return or exchange. I'm stuck with a $600+ faucet I can't use just because it's basically "not our problem anymore attitude from plumbingsupply.com"”
