I placed an order for two sconces on a Monday. I am shooting a film and needed them for the set. On Thursday, I was told that they were holding my order because I was shipping them to an address other than my billing one. I didn't mind that action, I just minded the time it took for them to contact me.
I sent several emails asking for a phone call to confirm I'd receive the sconces by my shoot date and never received one. It was a week later on a Saturday that I received an email that said my order was being shipped.
Later that day, I was told that were only sending one. I believe they charged me a couple extra dollars and ordered it from Amazon because Amazon only had one in stock, which is the reason I ordered from them to begin with.
I again asked when my order would arrive. They said Monday. I needed to ask for clarification. I wanted the date. They told me July 29. Tell 15 minutes later they told me it would arrive July 31.
The customer service is absolutely the worst I've come across in years. I wouldn't do business with them again... ever
