Figi's Gallery out of Wisconsin is a complete joke. I have an overpayment of $125.17 that I cannot get refunded. I have emailed proof of my bank statement, I have called a dozen times and sent my bank statement in by snail mail and faxed it over to them. They *customer service* keep passing the buck and will NOT let me speak to a supervisor. I have been trying to get my money back since paying my bill off in March. March 17,2021 to be exact. I am filing a BBB report on them and considering getting legal advice. This is not just a few dollars we are talking about. It may cost me a lot more in the long run to get legal help but hopefully it will prevent this shabby company from stealing from another customer. AVOID THIS COMPANY BY ALL MEANS!

Tip for consumers:
If they ever get extra money by any means whether it is by accident due glitch in the system or human error? You will be talked down to, not helped and they do not want to hear you or allow you to speak to a supervisor. Even if you have the proof of overpayment.
