I ordered 3 parts for my KitchenAid dishwasher on 07/27/20(invoice # *******). Two arrived correctly and one was wrong... Contacted GRP via emails with pictures of the part I ordered($26 adjuster clip) and the one I received($9 clip) and they said their website had the wrong info and refused to send me the part I ordered. Anyway, now they want to refund me the cost of the part and I have to put in a new order. Anyway, they should owe up to their mistakes and don't put a burden on me to correct it.
