I have been a member of Opinionoutpost & IPOLL, both are run by Survey Sampling Int'l for over 10 years. They were two of the best survey platforms I found over the years. Steady amount of survey invites, fast payouts and never any issues with my accounts.
As of the first week of June 1019, both my accounts were frozen and my funds were taken from both accounts without any warning or reason.
I called Survey Sampling's Headquarters in CT. And got the standard voice leave to leave a message and someone will get back to you. I also emailed the customer service departments of both survey platforms. After 2 days I get the same standard from both stating " your accounts were deleted because you violated the terms of the agreement".
After ten years I have violated the terms my A**!. I had over 850 dollars saved up between the two accounts.
Lately, This company has been freezing accounts and giving the same standard answer to hundreds of people. They only respond with one or two emailing just repeating that you violated the terms and that's the only vague answer you will be given.
If you have had your account deleted, do what I did and file a case against Survey Sampling Int'l. With the CT. State Consumer Affairs Dept, (*******@ct.gov) and file a complaint on line. The more people that file cases will help us all who have been cheated by Survey Sampling Int'l.
I also want to file charges with the CT. State DA's office. The more we file complaints against them the more notice the CT. State lawmakers will take notice and this will help us all!
To anyone who posts on social media, post your stories about your accounts being deleted and hopefully Survey Samplings fortune 500 clients will take notice and stop doing business with them.
