I ordered a letter folder from this site on June 1,2012. My card was charged immediately. It is currently June 29,2012 and I still don't have my letter folder. Now I have just spent an hour on hold waiting for my order status. I did speak to a person and was put immediately on hold. How hard is it to track an order! We were in the market for several pieces of machinery. We definately won't be ordering from here.
