So, I wrote a previous review explaining just WHY this company was so NOT worthy of business. I had sworn off ever using them ever again because of all of my bad experiences there. But, when in business, sometimes you do what you have to do to get what you need for your clients. My regular vendor was out of stock for a Qualatex Standard 16" Pink balloon. Amazon.com was also out of stock. So, I had no other alternative except to go to this awful company to see if I could get what I need. Low and behold... THEY HAVE IT. I place my order for 1 bag of balloons in STANDARD pink. I proceed to use what I have in stock, on my clients project because I know there is more on the way. It arrives. They sent me Qualatex ROSE pink balloons. Totally wrong shade of pink. To add insult to injury, the person packing the item had the audacity to CROSS OUT the color name on the bag, as if I wouldn't know the difference on sight. Rose pink is a darker shade of pink. The items numbers are also totally different. I wrote this to say, some things never change. You would think with all of the bad callbacks and reviews, that this company would care about its reputation. Some people have no integrity. I have taken time to write the better business bureau this time about this experience. I plan to get ALL of my money back TO INCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS for an item that I NEVER ORDERED. I am done for good this time. Balloonsfast will NEVER see another penny of my money. This is just sad.
