I joined I Love Kick Boxing (ILKB) Lake Grove about one month ago. ILKB Lake Grove has an excellent staff. The instructors are well prepared and vary the workout daily. The gym is clean, the staff and members are friendly and very supportive. I highly recommend ILKB Lake Grove for anyone interested in promoting a lifestyle change of improved fitness.
