There is no zero for the star rating or that is what I would give! Sent a full bag of Name Brand clothing, mostly new! Got (are you ready for this?) a whopping $10 payout or 18 if they sell! Giving to Goodwill from now on!

We do our best to manage initial expectations & provide our sellers with as much information as possible so they are able to decide if thredUP is the best fit for them. We provide tools like our payout structure (http://bit.ly/2V4A6Re) & payout estimator (thredup.com/cleanout/payout-estimator) and our support team is always available to help along the way. ThredUP lists, photographs, and stores items, which adds a considerable amount to our operating costs, that means lower payouts (but more convenience) for sellers.
