The worst problem that i have is making up my mind which dress to order and what way I want it to look. The choices for all of the dresses are believable and everything I have gotten has had nothing but compliments.
I always have good luck with getting things to fit and the styles are spot on.
Although getting my correct measurements in the first couple of things I ordered from eShakti, everything has been spot on. I love how you can change the neck, sleeves and length of a dress instead of being "stuck" with the way it's shown in the picture. The fabric quality as well as the stitching has been over the top. I especially love the fact that most, if not all of the dresses and tops have a bra keeper. There is only one other company who does something like this and it makes things oh so nice instead of worrying whether your bra strap is showing or going to fall in the middle of say, a solo or some other special moment.
The people at EShakti have been over the top as far as talking to them on the phone. I had one dress which I had a situation with and unfortunately it was discontinued and couldn't be remade, but that is the only issue that I have seriously had in the several years that I've been dealing with them.
I had them make another dress with a longer hem and wanted the same style in a shorter dress more suitable for wearing to church which is not as formal as the other one.
I have gotten several dresses from this company. Even though I thought I had the correct measurements, I did have to have some alterations made to my dresses. Other than that, I don't think I have had one of their own dresses completely made for me. It has always been components of other dresses that I have liked and they have done a splendid job on all of them. My favorite dress, even though the bodice was extremely huge on me and I did have extensive alterations made on it was a component of 4 or 5 dresses and it came out so beautiful for our 50th wedding anniversary that I almost cried it was so beautiful--even more so than my original wedding dress. I am now in the process of combining two other components for another dress using the same bodice as the anniversary dress with a different skirt and fabric, and I know that the whole staff will come out with a beautiful dress for me. It will be a combination of Tahiti Chiffon and Lavender lace and both Melinda and Echo have been nothing but patient with my hundreds of questions and suggestions. I will continue to purchase my dresses from this company as they have given me the best service and "friendship" with a company. Lol.
