Hi Donna, we’re sorry to hear you’re dissatisfied. We think that our fees at 2.5% for paid members and 5% for free members is reasonable - much less than any booking agent you might find! For payouts, we offer direct deposit, which delivers your money in 1-2 business days. You also have the option to collect payment yourself and simply pay the fee to verify the booking.
