I had the most frustrating experience trying to buy dresses at JSSHAN. I ordered two dresses. The website said tey were both in stock, however, one was not. I emailed and emailed for them to send me the available dress but they would not since he two dresses were ordered together, and they could not figure oout how to separate them in the order. They made me wait till the second dress was sewed, and then they shipped them. Even though I paid for express shipping, they arrived a month late, well after the event. When I tried to get them to pay the return shipping they said they couldnt "figure out how to reimburse me my shipping charges". It cost me $55.00 to return th box to China. Apparantly, they "punished" someone at customer service department, but that does nothing for me - i d not want anyone to be punished - I just want my money back becaue they tricked me with false advetiing, and had no customer service to solve te problem, They should have reimbursed me my return shipping money for my trouble. Any other company would have. I still have not received my refund - they are holding almost $450 dollars hostage. Ridiculous company - I would NEVER d business with them again, and do not reccommend them to anyone.
