“Flights cancelled still charging fees.”

Flight was canceled and that we understand, but no assistance from them finding another carrier, just here's your refund minus our non refundable fees and flight insurance, Oh and by the way, in two months we will return your remaining ticket price even though we have had your money for three months already. We have never received Anything, product or service for our money, cheapoair has made interest, booking fees and sales fees for the insurance. We were also supposed to receive a return call from a supervisor within an hour, that never happened.
