It worked but sellers can by-pass what is really being sold to you. A seller is NOT allowed to sell medicines but they do by changing the product description and picture of what is sold. So you may actually be buying medicine and it's listed as varnish. Be careful of sellers doing this. You may end up with varnish and I don't know how you'd get your money back. Also what was shown to me is not what I received. I ordered a flowing white powder and what I received was yellow and clumpy. The yellow stuff is a picture of what I received. I was supposed to get the flowing white powder.

Tip for consumers:
I was also promised FedEx shipping which I believe I paid extra for. It was shipped by Chinese mail instead. My tracking # never updated on my side. The seller watched it from China and kept me up to date because he could see it. Thank goodness I used PayPal so if it didn't come I could get my money back.

I just received my first order from ValleyVet.com. I ordered 4 spray bottles of flea spray. I gave them specific instructions for the shipment that I typed in with my order. I said I wanted all the bottles checked that they were screwed on tight, to tape around the screw-on part, make sure they were packed well with protection, and to make sure they didn't bounce around in the box. That was a lot of requests.

They did all that plus they put bubble wrap around the screw-on part and had tons of protective bubble pillows in the box. The bottles were also put in a large ziplock. I got free shipping because my order was over $50. That spray didn't budge in that box. No leaking or damage. I have never been so pleased with a seller as with them. My shipment was here in a couple of days too! I can say you can trust them. I will definitely use them again.

I have provided pictures to show you. The pictures only show part of my order in the box. I will also show you how well they wrapped each bottle.
PS: Most of the 1-star reviews I read here don't seem like legitimate complaints.

I wasn't impressed. I tried to combine a bunch of mp3s, and it couldn't read half of them. All I got were errors. They played just fine in VLC which plays most files. I downloaded them again several times as mp3 and mp4 files, thinking maybe there was a glitch downloading. Finally, I gave up and went online to Clideo which had no problem reading my files and combined them for free. I wasted my time for hours trying to get Freemake to work. I thought I'd try combining the big files I made online, which now Freemake magically could read. The only thing is to do this, they wanted money. I just uninstalled it. What a waste of my time. It's funny, they never respond to our reviews either.

Tip for consumers:
I wouldn't bother with them. There's better stuff out there. Just so you know, from reading reviews, they say to never pay for the free trial. If you pay that dollar they end up billing you full price. Good luck getting your money back. Be careful with this company.

I suggest you look on Facebook for groups of kind people helping each other get rid of them. HN has horrible throttled speeds and lack of support. They will keep upping your price, having you add on services or tokens that don't improve anything. They will gladly take your money, then won't let you cancel. I suggest before you cancel to get a new credit card first and cancel your card on file with them. They are likely to bill you hundreds of dollars within hours, without your consent for canceling. Record ALL phone calls with them and save copies! Report them to the FCC or the BBB to get out of your contract or to get your cancelation fees back. Take screenshots of your Internet speeds. If you don't believe me, look this stuff up.

Firstly I tried to set up my BYOP phone at the Straight Talk website
Through my existing account as a phone transfer. I had a phone with
Them for years and tried to transfer it to my new phone using the SIM
Card I bought from them and the MEID. The website gave me errors saying
To call them. The first ST employee told me that MEID on that phone
Didn't exist. I had to call them again then I found an employee that
Would manually type in my MEID to find it (important step if they can't
Find your MEID). The Straight Talk employee set up my phone and it was
Working. I had texting, phone and Internet. I woke up the next day and
My phone service stopped working. I called back and was told I had
Called to "cut off my service". I was told they gave away my phone
Number, put it on the $55 plan and cut off my auto refill which I had
For years. You have no idea how upset I was! I stayed calm and I
Sat on the phone for at least 30 minutes while he tried to set my phone
Back up with my number. He finally got it working and I was told they
Restarted my service and my auto refill would begin again next month
From the day I called. They said they would not recharge me but I
Haven't checked yet. I do not trust anything they say now. BYOP at
Your own risk because their employees might cut off your phone instead.

I posted this review at ST when ST asked me to review them. I got an email saying they moderated my review which "didn't meet their website guidelines" and means they didn't publish my review. I've taken a screenshot of their email to me. I assume any reviews you read about them from ST are blocked if they are not good reviews. That's not a good way to do business.

I've had issues with surveys and the rating system of their businesses. First off the surveys are fraudulent. I would get surveys and try to take them. I'd be told it was worth a lot of points but when I submit them they say they reached their quota and was given maybe 50 points for my time. Many times I was sitting at my PC when the survey came in. I had already filled out a couple pages of survey information when this happened. I suspect by the time I put in my age that's why they won't use me.

Then I bought merchandise from one of their listed business. I didn't even know this until a couple weeks later the survey came in to rate them. I never received my merchandise and the survey wouldn't let me rate them until I received it. So I hung onto the email so I could rate them later. 3 months later still no shipment and I had to contact PayPal for a refund.

I contacted Bitrate to say I'd like to rate this company but the link they sent me will not work until I get my order. I told them the whole situation of how this company took my money and never sent my product and how they won't respond to emails. I asked how I could please rate them so other customers would know. This is the response I got. I felt like I was talking on deaf ears.
