Bad experience, tried several times to work within the site, not user friendly. You only have 19 minutes to complete a purchase otherwise your items get deleted from your cart if you have not completed your transaction. Then when you try to select your same items again to put in your cart they are not available. Also tried three times to select a size for the product to purchase and they put another size in the cart, couldn't get my size even though showing available. Will not use this site again, too time consuming and frustrating.

Hi Donna,

Thank you for giving us feedback here on SiteJabber. Due to the nature of our site being flash sale, we only have items available for a limited amount of time so a member's cart must be timed. Since we are not a traditional retailer, we have to allow for items to become available after a set amount of time if they aren't purchased from a member's cart since they can't stay there forever. I'm sorry to hear that our 20 minute time limit doesn't work for you but we only have a limited quantity of each item and they're not on sale for long periods of time so we aren't able to allow for items to stay with one member for more than this limit. As a flash sale site, items can sell out quickly and I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to re-add some of the items. You are able to check out multiple times in one day without incurring any other fees so that is something many of our members do to ensure they are able to purchase the items they like.

When you are selecting a size to order, please make sure that the size you are wanting to order is highlighted, otherwise the only available size is put into your cart. If you are highlighting the correct size and this is still happening I'd like to have our tech team look into this. If you can please provide me with the browser you are using and let me know if you're using a computer or mobile device to access the site, this will help us better understand what happened so we can ensure it won't happen in the future. If the size you want cannot be selected that would be because it is either sold out or on hold for the 20 mins in another members cart.
