I placed an order for eyeglass frames on June 24,2010 and understood that processing could take up to five days according to the website. On June 30th, I decided to call customer service to inquire about my order. I provided my order number and was promptly told that the item had been discontinued. What? They were not even professional enough to send a courtesy email to notify me of this. I am quite pissed because I have an eye doctors' appointment, but no frames. If you decide to order from this company, do so at your own risk. They absolutely suck.
