I definitely don't plan on shopping with SSENSE again and would not recommend the company (and there are many other businesses that carry the same brands and others, but have good reputations).
In summary, the main issues are...
The delivery time stated at checkout was about 3 days. It's been 23 days, however the order still hasn't shipped. They won't provide an updated ETA. Christmas gifts and vacation items won't arrive in time.
Customer service isn't able to help or provide additional information.
Now they are no longer accepting phone calls ("to better serve you").
Their Chat system does not work.
Emails may take "3-5 business days" for reply.
They still have a "3-4 day" shipping option listed on their website.
It looks as though they are taking orders under false pretenses (stating delivery times they know they can't deliver).
If I would have known the order would have taken over 3 weeks to arrive (ETA still unknown), I wouldn't have placed the order.
