Great except that one of the books I was after sold out after I'd put it in my cart. I wish there was a way to put a hold on a book for a few hours so that there was still time to browse the rest of the site without fear of items selling out in the meantime.

Great as always. Wish you had more Erin Hunter and Becky Chambers, but I appreciate being able to get books at excellent prices and the free shipping is always nice.

Couldn't find everything I was looking for, but I appreciate the low prices and free shipping. It's worth checking back frequently to find new items as they become available/come back in stock.

My only complaint is that a lot of the books are missing series info. Otherwise great experience. Search works well. Great prices. Free shipping. Selection/availability can be a bit spotty, but that's understandable considering the nature of the business. Orders always arrive quickly and undamaged. Great experience overall. Just wish I didn't have to hit up Google for series information quite so often. But otherwise everything is A+.
