The people that are giving their time to listen and support people in crises are called Soulmedics and they are almost all very helpful. Whoever made the terrible decision to block me, as I described In my other review, doesn't reflect the others. I was saddened when I did chat briefly with them that they endred chat and said any attempt I made to chat would be blocked. I was hurt that these were the same ones that promised I would never be blocked. They encouraged me to connect with them since I didn't during a recent crisis. I trusted them. I believed them so I contacted them and lost them all for that trust! Nobody stood up for me? Fought for me to get unblocked? There is not even a way to talk to administration and my voicemails never were answered. I only am doing this review because my concern of how this could crush another suffering person. Maybe cost a life if it hasn't already.

I got to a very low point after suffering multiple losses and trauma. The losses were the people I had support from. I tried connecting with multiple sites for issues I faced like grief, trauma recovery, depression, anxiety... I felt a little support in some places but when I joined 7 cups, I found support with all of my issues. The support also came in different ways, from chatting with one person or in a group, and even a therapist if i need more expert help in an area. There are endless exercises to help growth within myself, and even the opportunity to give back. As a listener, I'm starting to grow in confidence and it's very self satisfying. It also allows me to learn how to be more supportive by taking courses in so many mental issues we all face. I'm so thankful for 7 cups. I felt like everyone had given up on me, but 7 cups has given me support and hope. Even education in many issues I face, which has also helped in my healing. There is something for everyone at 7 cups and I encourage you to join us all.
