I ordered a 4TB external SSD from these people. Upon ordering, this company tells you that you can track your order using the "shop" app. Indeed, the app shows the order, but no detail. Several emails to the company to check on status of order have gone unanswered. Still have never received my order. Save your money, DO NOT trust this company.

Only because there is no -5. Website give you guarantee, money back. So I paid. There is no mention of the software "being incompatible with Vista". Several emails later, they say no refund as it is my fault for having an incompatible operating system. Fine, wanted to tell everyone, don't consider this software, they are falsely giving a guarantee. In my opinion, thieves.
