Site is great, but if you have to call be prepared for a long wait time on hold! In the end, after about 20 minutes someone did finally help me get my frequent flyer account sorted out. Overall def. Just 3 stars. Shorten the on-hold time and I'd rate it 4!

I looooooooove this site! I go there for one book and they recommend so many others I always end up buying at least 3! But I might get a kindle soon to solve this problem :)

We order online from my office all the time. They haven't gotten our order wrong yet! (8 months and counting) Definitely recommend this for business workers trying to save time.

Software and site was simple and easy to use. I forgot to cancel my account and was auto-renewed for another month. Because it was my fault for not canceling on time I just used the extra month to make resumes for my husband, son and coworker! Then I cancelled no problem. Definitely got value out of it!
