Overall, my experience has been good, but their policies are very confusing-- so confusing their own representatives have difficulty understanding them.

If you have real trouble with feedback or a bad transaction, you have to keep calling until you get someone from the Midwest because the people in Asia are not very understanding and just read off if a screen.

This company is totally bogus. They charge $500 for the site to be "built" which is obviously a shared site with others, and $500 more to get an advertisement plan, oh and $50 a month for hosting. I tried to cancel and they offered 6 months free hosting. After a total of 7 months I had recieved over 30,000 unique hits and not even one, NOT ONE subscription. Any review higher than a 1 is obviously fraudulent. Brilliant marketing scam. They are linked to future quest marketing in boca raton.
