Until you retain them they are great. In fact, too solicitous. I received multiple contacts from them until I paid the retainer. After that every time I contacted them there was only mention of why they would have to charge me more money for a report. This for a case where the negligence was basically admitted in the records.(giving a patient a medication not prescribed). I never received a CV of the expert and all I needed was an affidavit of merit (prepared by me) signed, no report. Once they had the affidavit signed, so they said, never saw it, they wanted another $2300 to mail it to me. Stay away.

Dear Mr. Capper, I am sorry to hear you say this... If you recall, you paid the $995 fee to AME for an "expedited" request for an expert... we are very transparent with our fee schedule, it is online and we emailed you Tue 11/5/2019 6:27 PM our information fee schedule, "... We wanted to work with you and make you happy (we were going to give you the report at no additional cost) and in my email of
12/3/2019 at 1:09 pm I said, "Hello Mr. Capper,
Good afternoon. I am sorry for any confusion; we want to help and earn your trust and business. Can you please call me when you have a few moments. My direct cell phone number is 703-****-***** or you can call me at the office, 703-542-8362. Thank you."
In my 12/3/2019 1:10 pm email to you I said, "Donald, I spoke with you initially when you called in. I am sorry for any confusion, we have a two step process it is very clear, we are willing to give you this signed document and CV at no additional cost. We expedited this for you at no cost, we want to help.
I had a good conversation with you when we first spoke. I am sorry you are not happy and that there was a miscommunication, we are willing to help and give you this report with CV at no additional cost. I do not understand why you are not accepting this and not willing to have a brief call so we can just resolve this. We are very honest, very transparent, everything is in writing and we are willing to waive all additional fees to help and earn your trust and move forward.
We just want to help.

This is not true, our email and our web site have all of this information. You expected to obtain an expedited review, opinion and affidavit of merit for $995 from an expert? I am sorry, we wanted to help you and we were willing to give you this report signed as noted to earn your trust and we, our company would have taken the loss on our "step two" that covers the costs etc.
Sorry again for any misunderstanding, we simply wanted to help and give you the report with CV for the price you paid. We hope to earn your trust one day. Thank you again
