Had I NOT called who know if I ever would have been credited for the returns that I made. I had 3 and some were to be credited to my JF account and some to back to my credit card. It has been over 6 weeks and NO CREDIT. Yes, after an hour they did finally take care of it. In order for that to happen I should not have to call and waste an hour of frustrating dialogue with someone in the Philippines. I am sure, since this was on multiple returns, they have no intention of refunding you and most people are not as diligent.
