“Awful experience”

I ordered a few gel polishes (135 £), the parcel was lost UPS delivered it at another country.

I opened a claim at Paypal and UPS; Paypal closed in favor of Naio although UPS admitted the parcel was lost. UPS issued a total refund at Naio, I sent mails to Naio but no answer.

Never ordered at this company, their polishes arent so amazing, poor quality for some of them.
