This is a second review based off of my first one. After I posted my first review, they finally contacted me. They said if I sent the dress back to the shipping facility they would send me a new dress free of charge so long as I deleted my first review. I told them that I would need a return slip so that I would not have to pay for the shipping. After some back and forth they basically told me that they don't have any return slips even though they are an online shipping company and that I had to trust that they would refund me despite their previous bad service or they could just refund me 50% of what I paid for the dress. I decided to ship it back because I do need this dress for a wedding. I sent them the return receipt and to this day I have not gotten a response so my time and money has been wasted. Just know what you're getting into when you order from this site. Their customer service is horrible!
