I ordered almost $300 worth of items from Nasty gal July early in July. It was shipped out July 16th with the promise of delivery within 7 business days. The 7th day came and went and the tracking was stuck in a particular phase. Now I dont blame nasty girl for this issue but how they proceeded was not in good customer service or business practice at all. They told me they couldn't do anything yet they need to look into it first, and once I told them the package was declared lost with the post Office they said i still have to wait until August 12th to see if it turns up before they can do anything like refund or send new items out. These items were for holiday (vacation) and i was leaving the country and even if it turned up I wouldn't be there to accept the package. But nothing they refuse to do anything. This is outrageous that the consumer must suffer when there is a delivery guarantee and this burden shouldn't be placed on the customer. Bad business practices and now will lose my business for good.
