It took over one month for the product to arrive and that was after I spoke to the courier company, shipping company and Wigway as for an unknown reason, it could not be delivered. In speaking to the Wigway customer service, they failed to understand very simple words the first time I mentioned them.

I found out my package was being sent back to China unless they gave the shipping company permission to resent it back to me. Despite how clear I was and presenting the whole story, I was told to contact the courier again. It felt as if they didn't listen and nor were they apologetic.

This is a company that develops wigs for those with cancer. It is an emotional time and I expect some empathy and understanding when I clarify that I am disappointed. It is even more concerning when they stated that my package "may arrive in my city". The word "may". It is their job to ensure that it is and provide updates with the tracking number which were not accurate as well.

As for the package, the quality is cheap. Poor and the stitching on the headband for the capless base has already undone itself. How is it meant to be worn properly if the part that ensures it will remain on your head is already broken? It is a poor product. It is a poor company.

DO NOT ORDER. STAY AWAY.
