Last May 12, I ordered pressure washer from Lazada and due to ECQ, Lazada required us to pay first for the item because they did not allowed COD. So I settled the payment using the Lazada Wallet by 7 eleven cash in. I waited for my item to arrive but until now, June 20 Lazada is just keep saying that its on their way at San Pedro Sortation Center. I've always made follow ups to the supplier but its no use. I am hopeless and so disappointed at the same time. Does anyone knows how to file a formal complaint against Lazada and to the supplier.
