Overall good experience! Item was on backorder and whenever I asked for ETA, the response was timely and helpful. Once order shipped it was received very quickly and in one piece. Good packaging. Tracking was provided as well. [item shipped within Canada] Shipping was free due to order being over $99
Blender itself is amazing!

They have a very convenient Help Desk under "My Account".
