I purchased two door mats from this company, both arrived completely wrong. The first was a custom mat where I submitted an image. It came with the wrong colors (white instead of black in some places, white instead of grey), and some of the image was transparent. It looked awful. I contacted the company, and they said they didn't see anything wrong and that it wouldn't print exactly as submitted. OK, I could live with not exactly, but it wasn't even close. The second mat was a gift with a Welcome to The Miller's. It arrived with completely the wrong name! Do NOT purchase from this company.
