Chewy shows a loyalty to its customers that is rare in this day and age. My 13 year old coonhound passed away, and I was left with bags and boxes of leftover dog diapers, dog potty pads, and high-calorie senior dog food. I called Chewy to stop the last order and I was shocked by their kindness. 1. they refunded me for items that I had opened in the days before my dog passed. 2. when asked if and how I could return unopened items, they simply asked me to pay it forward by donating it to my local shelter to prevent me any hassle of returns, and 3. To my surprise, they sent me a bouquet of flowers for my family's loss within 48 hours! This is an incredibly caring company who I will recommend to all!
