I've been a customer of Belstaff for almost 15 years. But the first time that I ordered from their website, I ended up finding myself in such a NIGHTMARE that I want to share with you, in order to warn you about these people.
I received my order which consisted of 2 pairs of Trialmaster boots (one in Black and the other one in Cognac) on 10th of December 2021. But as soon as I opened the box, I found out that the Black pair was faulty with a broken back zipper and dried glue all over the right boot and that the pair in Cognac was definitely not in Cognac. When I contacted Belstaff via email and explained the situation, they apologized and sent me a prepaid return label so that I could return the order. So I returned it on 18th of December 2021 from Paris, France, using the return label provided by Belstaff itself. But when I checked La Poste website a few days later, I found out that the parcel has been blocked on its way since 20th of December. I contacted La Poste to find out what was happening and I was told that there was a problem with the return label and that they expected a call from Belstaff to fix it; otherwise they would destroy the parcel. They also refused any instructions from me as I wasn't the one who created the label. When I informed Belstaff regarding this matter, they accepted the fact that they had SENT ME THE WRONG RETURN LABEL (I have emails to prove this) and they said that they would fix it. But it has been a month since I returned the parcel and it's still blocked at the post. When I try to reach customer service representatives "CASEY" and "JOE" who are in charge of this case, they avoid my calls and they don't reply my emails.
So, just to make things clear: I returned this parcel (which included a faulty item and another one that didn't fit the description) according to their instructions and using the return label they provided. So, as a customer I did everything according to the book. But they, not only sent me a wrong label, it's been a month that they aren't doing anything to solve this problem with La Poste. Plus, now that I request to get refunded (as it has already been a month), they started ignoring my calls and my emails.
I don't know about you but this situation makes me think that these people aren't just UNPROFESSIONAL and extremely INCAPABLE but also UNRELIABLE.
I trusted them and look where I ended up...
I would have never though that a brand like Belstaff would put me in such a condition where I feel betrayed and ROBBED.
I wanted to share this horrible experience with you in order to warn you that shopping from their website isn't safe as:
- they don't double check items before sending them to the customers - so you risk to receive a FAULTY ITEM,
- they are amateurs who send wrong return labels,
- they are uncapable of correcting their mistake,
- they don't respect their customers' rights,
- last but not least, they steal your money.
So, if you want to keep your peace of mind and your money, avoid ordering from their website.

This must have been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had in my life: I bought a pair of Sorel boots but when I received them, they were extremely small (the sizing on their website is not to be trusted!) so I returned them rightaway and the parcel was delivered to their warehouse within 2 days, as the French La Poste website proves. But their customer service doesn't accept this date saying that the French La Poste is wrong (!) and that they received the parcel much later. Plus, they said that it was their intermediare warehouse and that now I should wait for the parcel to arrive to their main (!) warehouse. This has been almost 2 weeks ago and ever since they don't reply my emails and I still couldn't receive my refund.
I just wish I had read other customer reviews before buying from Sorel! Big mistake!
Stay away from buying their website if you want to keep your money and peace of mind safe..

J'ai effectué un achat il y a un mois mais j'ai reçu un colis qui consistait des articles totalement differents de ce que j'avais commandé: j'avais commandé 4 collants en taille M mais reçu 3 collants dans un modèle totalement diffèrent et en taille L. Il est evident qu'ils m'ont envoyé la commande d'une autre cliente et ma commande probablement a été envoyé à elle.
Quand j'ai contacté leur service client, on m'a dit que je pourrais effectuer un retour dans un de leur magasins. Donc, je suis y allée mais on a refusé de me rembourser en me disant qu'il faut envoyer les articles dans leur entrepôt. Alors, je leur ai retourné le colis par Colissimo. Mais même après 10 jours qu'ils l'ont reçu, ils refusent encore de me rembourser en disant qu'il faut attendre encore 14 jours.
Ces gents sont des voleurs et si vous voulez maintenir votre tranquillité d'esprit et votre argent, evitez leur site.

I live in Paris, France and had been a customer of the Giubbonari Store on Via dei Giubbonari for many years. I used to visit their store every time I was in Rome. And at the end of December 2019 I decided to shop from their website, www.giubbonaristore.com, thinking it would be an equally pleasant shopping experience. What a big mistake! The order i made (order number: EOCJHPSKO) was sent on December 6th but never reached me. In the beginning, the customer service was helpful saying not to worry and that they would find where my parcel was. But when I asked for a proper tracking number, as the one they gave was not recognized by the French post, they couldn't provide it. And when they realized that the parcel was lost and that they weren't able to find it, they started ignoring my massages. I asked them to take the responsability of the consequences of working with a bad courrier service ( which was chosen by them and not me) and refund my money. But they did not even show the respect and professionalism to reply.
I wanted to share this disappointing experience I had with www.giubbonaristore.com, in order to warn people about them. If you are lucky to live or visit Rome, shop from their actual shop. But don't use their online shop, as they aren't honest and professional people.

I returned an order back to Free People on 30th of November and it was delivered on 7th of December (I have proof of delivery). I sent their customer service dozens of emails to which they never replied. Finally, I received a reply on 21st of December stating that they had received my returned goods and that I would get my money back in 1-3 days. Well, almost 10 days have passed since this email (and more than 3 weeks since they received the returned goods) and they still haven't refunded me! I am never going to buy from their website! These people literally stole my money!

I've been a customer of Netaporter for many years. And i've always been a fan of not just how they bring together all those amazing brands, but also of their impeccable customer service. I've been even making reference of their customer service, when dealing with other online shopping sites, saying that they should try to be as Netaporter, because they were the best.
Well, apparently they aren't anymore. A few days back, i returned an item to them. But for the first time, i regretted and contacted them as soon as possible asking if they could reserve it for me as i knew it was the last one they had. I was hoping to buy it again. A customer consultant called Ama, contacted me and assured me that there would be no problems and that the item would be sent back to me as soon as it would be processed and that it wouldn't be sold to anyone else. As, i've always encountered an amazing service with Netaporter, i trusted her word. But the same day, i received an email saying that Netaporter had already refunded my money back. So, i emailed her asking, if i needed to make the payment again, as the money was refunded. She said not to worry and that the parcel would be back to me. All i had to do was to wait for an email with the tracking number. I thought they would cancel the refund process. And started to wait. But no email or tracking number arrived. So, i started emailing her. No replies. I called her. Still no replies. Not only her, no one from the customer service replied to me for 72 hours! (while they always assure you that they would reply in 24 hours) Well, after 72 hours, i received an email saying that the item, she promised to send back to me, was already sold!
I am so disappointed, because, if she had the courage to tell me that she messed things up, i could have bought this item again. She made me loose it because i waited for an email with the tracking number, as she said that it would be what they would send me next.
The worst part is that i won't be able to trust them anymore. Because apparently they became ordinary as any other online site. With Netaporter, i always had this feeling that, everything would be fine. But unfortunately they lost their trustworthy, professional position in my eyes. It's a pity. And Ama, she is the worst, the most unprofessional consultant i've ever seen in my life. She actually ignored my calls and emails like a little girl does to a friend. Well, i wasn't her friend, i was her customer and she didn't show me the respect which i believe i deserved, as any customer does.
