The front desk/administration have no attention detail. They will schedule appointments and then change them without your approval. They will always try to charge more than you should be paying. Some of the ladies won't admit to their shortcomings and being overwhelmed! Office manager is a liar. My insurance paid for x-rays and according to the agreement between insurance and Perfect Smile Dentistry the records and x-rays should be provided to the insurance and patient (me). Perfect smile billed the insurance for the entire amount and now will not honor that agreement and will not release the records unless I pay them another 25 dollars. That is the lowest thing I ever seen at the medical or dental office.
Perfect Smile Dentistry Is the worst dental office in state of Florida by far.
