This is my edited review because I initially received a wrong product. After several back and forth emails with customer service department, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. It didn't take as long for the correct painting to arrive as the first one and it was packaged and handled with care. I paid extra for stretching upgrade so I wouldn't have to worry about it later, which ended up being a good decision.
