Just to give an idea of the level of support you get at SiteGround: for an issue involving some WordPress files ending up in the wrong folder, one first-level support collaborator took 30 minutes with me on chat to check the "obvious". Then once it was established something fishier was going on, the collaborator delegated the troubleshooting to a second-level person which found the issue and fixed it within the hour. No extra charge.
I find that amazing when you compare it with the support you get on a very big, three-letter hosting services' provider that took weeks to even read my ticket.
