I received the products, even after requesting the cancellation of the order, I did not have the refund and when checking the products, they are false and damaged (do not work), when contacting the seller, the same refused to reimburse and accept the returned items and also reimburse the freight.
I opened a dispute and the funniest, they told me to return the items and take the freight, the freight my country to the address of the seller costs R $ 92.00 and that guarantees me that I will be reimbursed of the products and the value of the freight? I was stolen in the hard face, do not buy this site ever and if possible, warn all the friends, immerse yourself in social networks so that you do not fall for this blow!
I bought 2 mouse in this store and 1h after the purchase, I requested the cancellation of the request and the return of the money, since I had given up the purchase!
The store reported that it depended on the seller to accept or not the cancellation and return, after several contacts with both parties, the seller called me fraudulent and that I was passing me by seller wanting to $#*! his store!
I tried several contacts again and just did nothing!
