Back in 2013 I had the same situation. Paid for an item, returned it and never got a refund. They always said they would look into it. Never happened. And this was after purchasing 2 or 3 items from them Julie Stanton was the person I spoke with each and every time. And at the time they were located in Burlington, Canada.
