For Christmas of 2017, I ordered 4 hoverboards and 4 carrying cases for 4 of my grandchildren. Later I found I had made a math error in my checkbook and I didnt have enough money to even make my house payment. So I had to call Trifecta to cancel 2 of the hoverboards and cases. I was told they had already been mailed. On 12/21/17, I received a box labeled Hoverboard Smart 2 wheel Unicycle X 2, Order # *******. Because of this wording, I thought it had 2 hoverboards so I didnt open it. I just wrapped it for two of my grandsons. When Order # ******* and ******* came in, they were returned to sender. On Christmas Eve we had our family get-together there was only one hoverboard and case in the box, so one of grandsons did not receive a hoverboard and case. He was very upset. His younger brother got the hoverboard. It hurt me so much because these two boys ages 8 and 11 lost their mother (Tracy Yandle Stiles) in a tragic car crash on Oct 9,2017 in Charlotte, NC and it was their first Christmas without her. We really were wanting to make this Christmas extra special to hopefully take away some of the sting of her not being here. This is the honest truth! God is my witness! Trifecta said they did not receive one of the orders that was returned and were checking with UPS to track it. I did receive a refund (less restocking fee) for two of the hoverboards and cases. However, I have not received the second hoverboard and case which I paid for. I have tried to reach them by phone *******808 and have texted them multiple times but have not received an answer. Who can help me with this problem? I either need a new hoverboard and case or I need a refund of $144.99.
