They have discontinued all the items that I loved. They promised to bring them back after they remodeled. Did not happen, despite numerous conversations with the managers. I can never find anything there. I never know where things are located. I used to be able to find things much easier. They apparently changed the recipe of the fried chicken. The last time I got it, it was so heavily spiced I could not eat it. And when I got sesame chicken, it did not taste anything like what it used to be. The pharmacy is a mess: long lines. And when I contacted them about the price of couple of my medications, I could hear the one guy in the background cussing and said he didn't have time to do what I had asked. Instead of just calmly explaining they didn't have enough staff to do that, he just went ballistic. So I switched my meds to CVS and get most of my groceries from Walmart. Really sad. Their customer service used to be great. But not so much anymore.
Hello there. Sorry for your issues. When you see prices on GoodRx, they require you to print or present that coupon to the pharmacist. Your card will likely not offer the same discount, which is why it advises you on the card to go to goodrx.com for the lowest prices and discounts. We provide the cards for people who are unable to use our website or mobile app. Make sense?
