I am very pleasantly surprised by the better than expected quality of the earrings I purchased. They are painstakingly and beautifully finished, you can tell they were made by an artist, not a sweatshop assembly line. The purchase process was easy, the delivery prompt, the packaging was nicely presented in a lovely gift like bag. I would absolutely purchase from them again.

The checkout process was extremely aggravating. I was constantly knocked out of my order in the sign in / register process. I had to finally select or sign in with google. It would have been so easy to walk away from my cart, which I did. Then got email and thought maybe if I reply via the link in the email I will get past this crap checkout process. Nope! Lost my cart, tried again, same glitch. Over and over and over. Finally got past the register/sign in process, lost my discount, got through to checkout, and voila! Old lost cart magically melds into new cart and still no discount. Adjust items in cart, and put order through. I hope you are worth it. First time customer with high hopes.
