This was my first purchase from the chiming but I'm so happy with my dresses. I have larger upper arms and they were able to accommodate that and the customization on the neckline/sleeve lengths as a winner.
Tip for consumers:
If you want customization beyond sleeve length, hem length and collar, you'll need to request "customization"; the others are "standard" offers.
