The description of several shirts I ordered was "Cotton Blend" but they were thin, cheap polyester. One shirt was obviously photoshopped on the website, and another one's neckline arrived ripped and several inches of stitching unsewn.

I followed the company's instructions to return them, enclosed photos of the damaged shirt and the one that was different from the website pictures, and got an email "offering" me 15% refund to keep the items instead of a full refund of purchase price. And I would have pay return shipping for the damaged item. They also stated I have to email them to request a return label AGAIN, after I already asked for one. They use the excuse of offering discounts without having to return items because - "Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China"

They state in their email "To help you to skip the complicated return steps. We are wondering if you can accept we offer you 15% to keep the item." Those "complicated return steps" are only complicated because they make them so.

American companies don't try to negotiate discounts instead of full refunds, nor do they have customers pay return shipping for a damaged item. If JUSTFASHIONNOW is going to do business in America, they should do business like American companies. Not doing so would ensure they would never get repeat customers and earn them a reputation for being unprofessional.

If you order from this company, be prepared to go through a hassle if you try to return items, and be prepared for the items you order NOT to look like the photos or to be as described.

I joined this site to get points on United Mileage Plus. After getting multiple junk emails every day I tried to unsubscribe but you cannot, nothing happens. I contacted them and got a meaningless automated response, now today I can't log in at all - they deactivated my account without my asking to do that. I'll probably get another automated response and lose all my points. Big waste of time and frustration. Their surveys never work - after you spend 10 minutes answering questions, they tell you that you don't qualify. The truth is you might get enough points for a reward after spending several thousand dollars, it's better to become an Amazon Smiles member and donate some proceeds to the charity of your choice.

I ordered contact lenses a month ago - they mailed them UPS, who transferred them to UPSP, who returned them because they left out the entire street address, only had city and zip code. Customer service only told me to keep waiting, it took calling USPS customer service and holding for over an hour to find out what really happened. I then called EZ Contact customer service again, who told me they had been reshipped, and gave me the same tracking # from the original order. Terrible customer service, I'm ordering elsewhere. And I wrote a review on their website - they wouldn't post it, even though it says "you already wrote a review." Wow...

This company sells fake Nike products from China - an absolute scam. Sent me the wrong size, wrong style, then tried to get me to send shoe back (at my expense) to an individual with an apartment address. My credit card company said because the shoe is a fake, I have to get a letter from a store selling authentic Nike shoes, then they "might" reverse charges. What store is going to do that free of charge? I'm out over $100.

I never received items and tracking showed "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" almost a month ago, but never actually shipped. Seller refused to refund and Etsy closed my dispute for non-delivery saying "Etsy is unable to hold sellers responsible for items lost or delayed in the mail" and "We recommend that you contact the shipping service for assistance with locating the package." My items were mailed from Shenzhen EMS China - how could I possibly contact them? This is the second time I've had non-delivery of items ordered from Etsy (and I've only ordered a few times) - both were argumentative sellers and Etsy's dispute resolution process is worthless. I'll never order from them again.

Just a few minutes after putting a item in my shopping bag and before I had a chance to check out, the price increased by $10. Shopping links listed at the top of Google still showed the lower price, but when you click on the link to their website, the price increases. When I contacted customer service I was given numerous rambling excuses for their price gouging and said:
"as one-time courtesy, I will honor the lower price for you. We do not normally do this for our customer, but this time I am willing to bend the rules for you, so you can take advantage for the lower price."

Wow, don't do me any favors, I'm no longer a customer of this site.
