I have been a member for several years and was quite happy with there sevice. Since Oct it has been pure 'Hell'

I have been charge for the following, which I have never recieved, but Charge for. Oct-Nov-Free cd offer (charged) Jan &
Feb. I did get Dec.

I have email and email. I get the same old reply-oh they sent it.
I have sent so many emails that I have lost count. I have asked for a phone number or to have some one call me. Asked that a supervisor be put in charge of this case. No results!
I had to close my bank account because after I went in an deleted all my choices for future CD. They Charge me for Febuary. Anyways.
Has anyone had this problem-was it solved?
So I now have 5 selection charge me 6.99 per each and No CD; s and No offer from this company to refund my money or send the CD's. They have my money and I have no product to show for it!
If any one has any information on contacting this company directly, please let me know.
