I have two boys that like me enjoy video games a lot and love playing vintage games that aren't always easy to find at a reasonable price. I found this site while looking for a game for a gift and I was pleased with the service. I placed my order on a Sunday and the order was on hand by noon Wednesday.

I signed up for Craft Vapery subscription 7 months ago and receive their highest tier subscription box.
What does Craft Vapery do? They curate boxes full of delicious flavors for you to vape. Their service is great and they do an awesome job finding new delicious flavors for you to try. I wouldn't have quit smoking without my Craft subscription.

I subscribed to Ipsy after being subscribed to a lot of other boxes so the wait list was odd to me but I have social media acct I use specifically for things like my sub boxes. It keeps me from feeling like I'm harassing my friends and goes to people that are interested in sub boxes and beauty products. I've had some items I wouldn't use in my bags I save them up and donate to local ladies in need. It's 10$ so you're not really out anything.

I've been a member of GB over a year, I started with the free trial 3 items at a time and upgraded to end at 10 items out at a time (159$) and I have a free item for life from GB and pay for 2 extra items (15$/mo each) in the beginning of June there was a slower shipping time for maybe a week.
I spoke to my mail carrier and I leave parcels out with a note for her. I take photos of the tracking # for my return items.
It takes 2 days for an item to be returned and they ship to you 3 day priority, though I usually get my shipments in 2 days from GB.
I've been a member long enough to know that if you closet new arrivals quickly and prioritize what you want it works a lot more efficiently. They send an email with weekly wants and as long as you closet what you want you should be covered. I tend to mail back on Saturday that way before the next weekend I get new choices for wearing.
I've never cancelled but I'd assume you should return notify them send back before you cancel.

I placed an order for an item that was in stock, I received an email later stating the item was back-ordered, no big deal I ordered it because I wanted it. I found out over three weeks later my order had been canceled. I won't waste my time ordering from Bloomingdale's again.

I placed my order on 11/13, I was aware the box wouldnt ship until 11/27. I received a tracking number 12/1 four days after the package appeared on my FedEx delivery manager. FFF ships FedEx SmartPost and the box is delivered by USPS. I emailed FFF on 12/11 since tracking status hadnt updated in several days. I received a response from FFF tonight with a hyperlink to FedEx tracking page and was told to wait four more days. Its unacceptable to tell someone that due to high volume of packages it may take more time after ten business days have passed since an item was shipped. Ive received two packages that were sent via smartpost through the same hub the FFF box has been since 12/6 both have been delivered. Im peeved and disappointed with the subpar inept customer service Ive received. If their not going to take care of the problem my bank will gladly do so.

I made 2 purchases From Ncrowd now "Boom Boom Street" I was informed item was out of stock for 1st purchase and second purchase I was sent a tracking # for on 9/2/15 a week ago I was told they contacted shipping department and my item had shipped. I emailed yesterday to advise tracking still not available so obviously item didn't ship, offered credit for second time. I don't want store credit because I don't think I'll ever receive items if ordering from this site. This is unacceptable and I will be contacting bank and the BBB.
