I ordered some goods which firstly took a long time to arrive. They were of very poor quality, so decided to send them straight back. The method of returning them was extremely difficult as it transpired that you didn't send them back to where they were sent from ie a London address, but to somewhere in China! I emailed the company for instructions and asked why wasn't I able to return to the address on the received package. I was told I could keep them, give to charity or ship them back to China at my expense. The shipping costs were almost as much as the two items, so not an acceptable option. It takes so long for the shipment to reach its destination that I was told it would not be received within the time limit for returns. Thankfully I paid by Barclaycard, and was able to get a refund from them, and they would chase the money from the company. The London address is a warehouse and since it was a dodgy company have since disappeared to no doubt set up elsewhere to scam people. Avoid at all costs. And always use a credit card when buying any goods or services online for extra protection.
