I agree. This is not the way to do business. I tried the product. Not only did it not work, but I have been charged an additional fee (97.88). No additional product received as of yet. I would want my money back, if it was not a trial. Now my credit card has been billed for something I do not want, and I have to go through the credit card company to get the charge removed. Fraud? Should have been notified up front when the free sample was requested. I would not have bothered due to the hassle of cancelling. When the order was received there was nothing in the package to say to cancel. I think the company needs to be reported to the better business bureau.
