I placed my first order and it took 30 days before I received it. This was the first time I ordered from Adore Me. I contacted the USPS and they stated I had to contact the shipper. I did and they did apologize and provided me with a coupon for a free outfit (which wasn't bad). I thought maybe my original order was lost due to the holiday season. However, I have since placed the 2nd order and it stated it was shipped on 12/15/16. It is now 1/10/17 and I have not received the 2nd order yet. I would highly recommend to Adore Me to obtain a new shipping method.
I ordered a OX size but normally wear an XL. The lingerie fit more like a Med. So now it just sits in my draw!

We are deeply sorry to hear you had such an unpleasant experience with the shipping of your order. It is not our intention to create inconveniences for our customers while ordering and we wish to ensure that all orders are processed, shipped and delivered in a timely manner. However, for a very little number of orders, this kind of unfortunate delivery occurrences may arise, also due to the high volume of packages delivered by our third party carriers.
We do hope that in the future we'll be able to provide even more efficient delivery methods for our customers.
Upon further investigations, we could see that for the first order placed, because the delivery got delayed but we wanted you to get to enjoy the desired set, our customer care representatives offered a voucher code to reorder free of charge.
In the meantime, as you have also informed us that unfortunately the size chosen for the set wasn’t perfect, we have enabled on your account the option to exchange it and our customer representatives contacted you for a proper resolution to this overall misfortunate situation.
