Received another bill from these IDIOTS again today,,, the last check they cashed was a final payment and even said final payment and close account,,,,, but as always too stupid to read or to do the right thing,, AVOID THIS SCUMBAG COMPANY>>>BOTH WOMAN WITHIN AND THEIR SCUMBAG BANK, COMENITY

I know the difference between the 2,,, woman within and the WOMANWITHIN credit card,,, the credit card carries your business name,,, so don't even try to pass the buck,,, but really that's what you do every time someone calls with a problem,,, you pass the buck along to someone else and the crap never ends

Phone is crap. Bought new at Best Buy and Greatcall replaced with a
Returned/used piece of crappier crap! Coverage is poor to fair. They said it was
Provided by Verizon, but my Verizon cell has strong signal the Greatcall
Was fair signal. Phone battery was replaced (paid for by me) twice and
Still the phone won't ring,,,, it will sound with a missed call tone, but no
Ringing. The "phone" also has a massive delay when you try to do anything.
The reps at Greatcall are friendly until you cancel then they turn
Rude and short-tempered and hang up without a goodbye,,,,,,,,, so GOODBYE
Not so greatcall,,,,,, Guessing your poor website was designed by the same crap-master
That designed the phone.

The only good thing about this horrible company is that there is no contract,,, but also no customer service, no decent wifi service and intermittent HD. TERRIBLE

Great company and Customer Service. Ordered for Christmas, and it showed up before expected. They even called to make sure everything was ok. Love these folks.
