“Was able to get a refund for a mistake they made but never able to actually use the credits!”

Fandango changed the date while my wife was trying to buy tickets, causing us to buy tickets for the complete wrong day. We were able to get a refund for Fandango credit but now it won't let us use that credit! We also never got the "convenience fee" refunded and will have to use our credit for that in the future. It is a rip-off!
